Hi, I’m Kat - the hands, heart, and hustle behind Krafty Kat.

After surviving a life-changing accident, stroke, and navigating chronic health challenges, I needed to find a new purpose - one that worked with my limitations, not against them.

As a mum of five (three neurodivergent), and a carer to a child with life-threatening allergies, I couldn’t find safe, inclusive play options in Australia - so I started creating them myself, along with earrings, and more that became the best hand therapy I would ever find!

Now, Krafty Kat brings handmade, allergen-free sensory play kits & bases, and hypoallergenic jewellery, & homewares to families like mine. I craft each piece when I’m able, with creativity and care at the centre of everything I do.
