Q: Is your Playdough really allergen-free?


A: Absolutely! Our playdough is handmade from scratch using an allergen-free recipe -  no gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, sesame or sorbitol. So are our other Sensory Bases - our Kinetic Sand, Coloured Rice, Pasta and Beans and Fizzing Powders. Perfect for families managing allergies or anaphylaxis. 💛 

Q: Are your products safe for neurodivergent kids?


A: They sure are. Our Sensory Play Kits are designed by a mum of multiple neurodivergent kids (me - Kat), with textures, themes, and play styles made to support sensory needs and imaginative play and they are all allergen-free. 

Q: Can I customise a kit or colour?


A: Yes! I love custom orders. Send me a message and I’ll do my best to make something special just for you. Whether that is a specific colour, a personalisation, or even a different sensory base in one of our Sensory Play Kits, I will always try to accommodate your request, if I possibly can.

Q: How long will shipping take?


A: Orders usually ship in 3–5 business days. Delays once shipped, are out of my control, but I do hope to keep you updated every step of the way, with tracking. 

Q: What if I need a gift urgently?


A: Reach out! If I am able to prioritise it, I absolutely will. Life happens and I get that - If you don't ask, I don't know - and if I don't know, I can't try to help you out.

Q: Do you sell in stores or markets?


A: Sometimes - due to my health, I do mainly focus on online orders. That way, I can keep creating when I’m well and still be present for my kids. At times, I will do an online market or attend a local one, so make sure you are subscribed to the Krafty Kat Family so you will be one of the first to find out and don't forget to follow our socials as well. This is also where we will advertise when/where our products are available in any stores.
