Caring for your Polymer Jewellery, Accessories and Home Decor Items

Polymer Clay is durable however all items should always be handled with care and stored out of direct sunlight and avoid submerging, or soaking in water. Please also take care not to drop them as they may break.

We advise you to avoid chemicals such as perfumes, hairspray, lotions such as moisturisers, sunscreens, makeup and alcohols, as well as avoid swimming or bathing whilst wearing your earrings or accessories. These activities may cause discolouration and/or may remove the water resistant coating, if applicable.

To clean your earrings, accessories or home decor items please use a damp cloth with mild soap, or a baby wipe, and lightly wipe over them and dry thoroughly.

No refunds or replacements will be given for any jewellery, accessory or home decor item that has been damaged from anything, or any of the uses, described above.
