Looking After Your Krafty Kat Treasures 💛

Your Krafty Kat jewellery, accessories and home decor items are made from durable polymer clay, but like all handmade goodies, they’ll last longer with a little TLC.

☀️ Keep them happy: Store away from direct sunlight and try not to soak or submerge them in water. Dropping them may cause breakage, so handle with care.

🚫 Protect from nasties: Avoid contact with perfumes, hairspray, moisturisers, sunscreens, makeup, alcohols and cleaning products. Also, it's best to take them off before swimming or bathing to keep colours bright and finishes protected.

🧽 Cleaning is easy: Gently wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, or use a baby wipe. Dry thoroughly before storing or wearing again.

🔍 A little note: We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by water, chemicals, or drops.

Shipping Fees:
Standard shipping: $10.95 flat rate (Australia only) - estimated delivery 2–4 days after dispatch, up to 10 business days
Express shipping: $14.45 flat rate (Australia only), up to 3 business days after dispatch; does not speed up processing time
Free shipping on all Australian orders over $75

Order Processing:

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days before dispatch (5–7 days during Easter, Christmas, and sale periods)
No dispatch on weekends or public holidays

Delivery:

All orders sent from Melbourne via Australia Post, tracking number emailed after fulfilment
International shipping available, contact Krafty Kat directly for a postage quote
